JV Girls Basketball 2026

The Girls Basketball JV Coach will lead and oversee all aspects of the junior varsity program,

creating a culture that reflects Erskine’s values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and

commitment. The coach will work collaboratively with the Athletic Director, Head coach, faculty, families, and the broader community to build a program that develops student-athletes both on and off the field.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct organized, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Foster a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented team culture
  • Promote leadership, sportsmanship, and academic accountability among student-
  • Athletes.
  • Support the vertical development of the program in collaboration with varsity
  • coaches and local youth programs
  • Communicate effectively with players, families, and school leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a positive team culture
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • CHRC authorization (or willingness to obtain)
